ARRIVING LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT:  Arriving late to your appointment will effect your appointment time. Your session will end at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed.

I understand and agree that once the appointment is scheduled at "A Touch From Heaven" my credit card information will be required to reserve the my appointment time.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are required to give 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time.

Canceling an appointment less than  24 hours notice or a no-show, the credit card on file will be charged the full price for the appointment time.  

PAYING CASH: If you would like to pay in cash for your appointment time, you will still be required to leave your credit card info to hold your appointment time. Your credit card will only be processed if you are a no-show or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS: Payment for services rendered are non-refundable. Results of procedures may vary and are subjective, and no guarantee will be given or implied with regards to the results, effectiveness, client satisfaction or duration of the achieved results.

PREPAYMENT OF SERVICE: Any prepayment to secure special pricing is due in full prior to the stated expiration of the special. Payment for service is due at the time of scheduling.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: “A Touch From Heaven accepts Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover as payment for therapies".

Do not discontinue any medications or supplementation prescribed by your physician.

I understand that the therapist at "A Touch From Heaven" administering Colon Hydrotherapy, Massage Therapy, Ionic Foot Bath session is not a physician and will not provide any medical services or advice of any kind.

Find the therapy you are looking for and see if there are any contraindications present, client will not receive Colon Hydrotherapy, Massage Therapy, Ionic Foot Bath session at " A Touch From Heaven," unless there's a written referral from a medical provider. Please understand, we do not diagnose or prescribe medication.

REFUSE SERVICE: The therapist reserves the right to refuse therapy due to arriving for there appointment and the client has a medical condition that is contraindicated or if the client is physically sick. You will still be responsible for payment for your appointment time.

PROPERTY: All personal property must be kept with the client at all times. "A Touch From Heaven " is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

BEHAVIOR: The therapist reserves the right to discontinue any service if the client makes sexual advancements or suggestions. The Session will immediately end and payment for the full session will be charged.
